Here the work does not end with the concept. Whoever designs an architecture also sees it into operation – and finds out which decisions hold up. That feedback loop matters more to us than a tidy separation of roles.

We work in small constellations, decide quickly and document so that the next person can carry on. Automation is not a side project but the default.

Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

You build and operate the cloud and platform environments our clients' digital services run on – on premises, in the public cloud or hybrid. From the target architecture through to production, you stay with the solution.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing and building cloud and platform architectures
  • Describing environments reproducibly as infrastructure as code
  • Implementing network, identity and access concepts
  • Planning and guiding migrations in traceable steps
  • Documenting handovers and onboarding client teams

What you bring

  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform or on-premises virtualisation
  • Confident with Linux and networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on infrastructure as code, for example Terraform, OpenTofu or Ansible
  • The instinct to document properly rather than just make things work
  • Fluent German, plus English for technical documentation

DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

You make sure changes reach production reliably: automated pipelines, dependable monitoring and operational processes that hold up under load. Whatever repeats ends up in a pipeline.

Your responsibilities

  • Building deployment pipelines and controlled release processes
  • Automating recurring operational tasks
  • Setting up monitoring and alerting with sensible thresholds
  • Implementing and testing backup, recovery and contingency concepts
  • Improving operations continuously based on operational data

What you bring

  • Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or ArgoCD
  • Confident with containers and orchestration
  • Scripting or programming skills, for example Python or Go
  • An understanding that operations is not an appendix to development
  • Fluent German, plus English for technical documentation
